Jessica Hughes

Operations Manager

Jessica Hughes manages a wide variety of responsibilities as our Operations Manager. In partnership with firm President Cindy Richey, CFP®, Jessica monitors and completes compliance reporting throughout the year. She also runs client and firm performance reports, manages data feeds and integrations, acts as liaison for vendors, and assists with client services.

Jessica joined Prosperity Planning after she left the world of print journalism in search of a career that offered longevity, growth potential, and new challenges. She found just that as our Operations Manager. She enjoys seeing the direct impact she is making on process improvements and systematization. And with our firm’s growth focus, she always has new projects to tackle.

Jessica grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and moved away for college. After 17 years in Arizona and Chicago, she moved her family back so that she could raise her kids here and be close to her parents and lifelong friends. She cherishes any time together with her husband and two boys. She is also a self-taught cook and loves the opportunity to host a party.
