Smithville, MO – July 25, 2026 – Prosperity Planning is proud to have sponsored the 2026 Matt Mason Memorial "Cowboy UP!" Triathlon/Duathlon, held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Smithville Lake Crow's Creek Park.
Established in 2012, the annual event honors the legacy of Navy SEAL Matt Mason while paying tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Through community support, the race raises funds for scholarships in Matt Mason's name at Maple Woods Community College and Northwest Missouri State University, as well as organizations including The Battle Within, American Legion Post 58, Frontline Fly Fishing, and other local military-focused nonprofits.
In addition to sponsoring the event, members of the Prosperity Planning team volunteered the day before the race, helping with race-day setup to prepare the course and event spaces for participants and volunteers.
