Kansas City, MO – October 9, 2026 – Prosperity Planning was proud to sponsor the 16th Annual Bill Cross 5K, which brought the Kansas City community together in support of Feed Northland Kids.
Held in memory of former Gladstone Mayor and longtime educator Bill Cross, the annual event raises funds to help address childhood food insecurity in the Northland. Through programs like school food pantries and community food kits, Feed Northland Kids helps provide children and families with access to nutritious food.
Prosperity Planning's own Travis Franks also participated in this year's race, joining fellow runners and community members in support of the cause.
A special thank you to Feed Northland Kids, the event organizers, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this year's race possible. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and make a difference for local children and families.
