Cindy Richey, CFP®, CDFA®
President and Wealth Manager
For Cindy Richey, CFP®, CDFA®, wealth is about freedom from worry and living life on one’s own terms. As a Wealth Manager and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, she strives to help our clients do just that. As President, she is responsible for the overall management of our company.
Cindy’s strength is analytics, and in fact, she was advised to study computer science in high school. She opted for business instead, until 10 years into her career, she learned about the CFP® certification. She knew it was an opportunity to apply an analytical mind-set to solving complex financial problems while enjoying one-to-one relationships with her clients. Her focus is working with financially independent women who seek a trusted professional who can advise them on any financial challenge.
Cindy comes from a blended family of 12 siblings and has raised two children of her own. Now an empty-nester, she and husband Scott enjoy condo living in the Plaza district of Kansas City, MO. Cindy is on a quest to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks and has made it to 30 so far. She is also a fan of Laura Ingalls Wilder, the author of the “Little House” books and a financially independent woman way ahead of her time.
